Each Flashnet server is assigned a unique 4 digit SGL Licence Serial number. This is typically displayed on the Windows desktop background of your Flashnet server(s) and is used by SGL to verify and update your account information. For multi-node systems, you need only use the Licence Serial # assigned to your first FlashNet node (usually called SGL01). If you can not locate this number, it will be included in an automatic reply message sent to the email address you provided above once you have successfully submitted this ticket. Please retain this number for all future support requests.
